What is the average turnaround time?
Career Pro quotes an up to 10 business day turnaround time upon receipt of full payment and any requested supporting documents. Rush delivery is available for a nominal fee, please inquire for specifics.
Is Payment Due Upfront?
Yes, 100% of payment for resume packages and/or additional services are due upfront and all services are final and non-refundable.
What if I have edits for my resume package?
After completion of resume services, Career Pro provides two rounds of resume modifications free of charge, if necessary. If modification requests exceed two rounds, additional fees will apply. Notification of resume modifications must be received via email within one week upon resume package delivery, or an additional fee will be charged for any modifications.
